Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of cosmetic products offered on the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youbecosmetics.com\/\"><strong>www.youbecosmetics.com<\/strong><\/a> (hereinafter, the &#8220;Website&#8221;), owned by <strong>Aphrodite S.r.l.<\/strong>, with registered office at <strong>Corso Giacomo Matteotti, 36 \u2013 25122 Brescia (BS)<\/strong>, VAT number <strong>04302980984<\/strong>, contactable at the email address <a href=\"mailto:info@youbecosmetics.com\"><strong>info@youbecosmetics.com<\/strong><\/a> or by phone at <strong>030 2330278<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>By using the Website and proceeding with a purchase, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>2. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Aphrodite S.r.l. sells cosmetic products remotely through its Website. These conditions govern the offer, acceptance, management, and delivery of orders placed by consumers. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>3. Purchase Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Registration is not required to make a purchase on the website. You can select products, add them to your cart, and complete your order by providing the necessary shipping and billing information. <\/p>\n\n<p>Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. Prices and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Shipments are made to Italy and other countries via <strong>GLS<\/strong> courier.<\/p>\n\n<p>Orders are dispatched within <strong>2-3 business days<\/strong> from receipt of payment and generally delivered within <strong>24\/72 hours<\/strong> for Italy. Returns Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To make a return, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be <strong>intact<\/strong>, <strong>unopened<\/strong>, <strong>unused<\/strong>, and <strong>complete with original packaging<\/strong> (including seals, labels, cases, or protective films).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must not be damaged or altered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns of <strong>opened products<\/strong> are not accepted for hygiene and health reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>B. Return Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To request a return, you must:<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send a written request to <a href=\"mailto:info@youbecosmetics.com\"><strong>info@youbecosmetics.com<\/strong><\/a>, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product(s) to be returned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for email confirmation with return instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>C. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be shipped at your expense to the address provided by Aphrodite S.r.l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using <strong>tracked<\/strong> shipping. Aphrodite S.r.l. is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>D. Refund Timing and Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After receiving and verifying the returned product, Aphrodite S.r.l. will issue a <strong>refund of the amount paid<\/strong>, using the same payment method as the original purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be processed <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the eligible return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>E. Conformity Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>All products sold comply with  <strong>Regulation (EC) No. 1223\/2009<\/strong>  on cosmetics and are <strong>dermatologically tested<\/strong> or, for intimate products, <strong>gynecologically tested<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of defects or non-conformity, you have the right to a replacement or refund. The issue must be reported within <strong>2 months of discovery<\/strong>, with photographic documentation and proof of purchase. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>8. Liability and Product Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Aphrodite S.r.l. is not responsible for improper use of products.
