Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of cosmetic products offered on the website www.youbecosmetics.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by Aphrodite S.r.l., with registered office at Corso Giacomo Matteotti, 36 – 25122 Brescia (BS), VAT number 04302980984, contactable at the email address info@youbecosmetics.com or by phone at 030 2330278.

By using the Website and proceeding with a purchase, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose

Aphrodite S.r.l. sells cosmetic products remotely through its Website. These conditions govern the offer, acceptance, management, and delivery of orders placed by consumers.

3. Purchase Process

Registration is not required to make a purchase on the website. You can select products, add them to your cart, and complete your order by providing the necessary shipping and billing information.

Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. The sales contract is considered finalized upon receipt of this confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit cards (enabled networks)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer in advance

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to Italy and other countries via GLS courier.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment and generally delivered within 24/72 hours for Italy. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before completing the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide a reason.

7. Returns Policy

A. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be intact, unopened, unused, and complete with original packaging (including seals, labels, cases, or protective films).
  • The product must not be damaged or altered.
  • Returns of opened products are not accepted for hygiene and health reasons.

B. Return Procedure

To request a return, you must:

  1. Send a written request to info@youbecosmetics.com, including:
    • First and last name
    • Order number
    • Product(s) to be returned
  2. Wait for email confirmation with return instructions.

C. Return Shipping

  • The product must be shipped at your expense to the address provided by Aphrodite S.r.l.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping. Aphrodite S.r.l. is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.

D. Refund Timing and Method

  • After receiving and verifying the returned product, Aphrodite S.r.l. will issue a refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the eligible return.

E. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or non-conforming products, you must:

  • Send an email within 48 hours of delivery to info@youbecosmetics.com, attaching photos of the defect or damage and the order number.
  • Aphrodite S.r.l. will, upon verification, provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Conformity Guarantee

All products sold comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetics and are dermatologically tested or, for intimate products, gynecologically tested.

In case of defects or non-conformity, you have the right to a replacement or refund. The issue must be reported within 2 months of discovery, with photographic documentation and proof of purchase.

8. Liability and Product Use

Aphrodite S.r.l. is not responsible for improper use of products. The cosmetics offered are for external use and must be used according to the instructions on the packaging or website.
It is your responsibility to read the ingredient list on the label and consult a doctor if you have any doubts or allergies.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The data collected will be used exclusively for order management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes between Aphrodite S.r.l. and customers, the competent court is Brescia.
