Information notice for the processing of personal data – Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 679/2016
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 679/2016 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we are providing you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data you provide. This notice is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links on the internet sites under the owner's domain, who is not to be considered responsible in any way for third-party websites.
This information is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016 – Code regarding the protection of personal data.
The notice is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, regarding Cookies, and the Provision of the Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014 regarding cookies titled "Identification of simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies."

1. DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to Article 28 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, is Aphrodite S.r.l. in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal and identifying data
Personal data: any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identifying data: personal data that allow the direct identification of the data subject (such as, for example, name, surname, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, etc.).
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Legal defense
The User's Personal Data may be used for defense by the Controller in court or in the stages leading to its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Maintenance
The User's Personal Data may be processed with additional methods and purposes related to maintenance.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site and/or the filling out of data collection forms involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 679/2016)
Personal and potentially sensitive data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:
– browsing on this website;
– subscription to newsletters via email lists and related activities;

4. PROCESSING METHODS – STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed for this in compliance with the provisions of Art. 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 679/2016. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated except within the limits expressed in the following notice with acquired consent and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to Aphrodite S.r.l., abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and limits provided for by Art. 43 and 44 letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– subjects providing services for the management of the information system used by Aphrodite S.r.l. and telecommunications networks (including email);
– firms or companies within the scope of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– competent authorities for fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as distinct Data Controllers. The list of processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of Aphrodite S.r.l.. Any further communication or dissemination will only take place with your explicit consent.

6. NATURE OF PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data. Providing data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You may assert your rights as expressed by Art. Legislative Decree no. 679/2016, by contacting the controller at our headquarters at the phone number +39 030 2330278 or by sending an email to info@youbecosmetics.com. You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data).
Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
If you contact the controller, please provide your email address, name, address, and/or phone numbers, in order to allow for the correct management of the request.
To stop receiving automated direct marketing communications (email, SMS, MMS, fax), simply write an email at any time to info@youbecosmetics.com with the subject "cancellation" or use our automatic cancellation systems provided for emails only, and you will no longer be disturbed.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The controller reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to periodically check for any changes. To facilitate this check, the notice will contain an indication of the update date. Use of the site after the publication of changes will constitute acceptance of the same.
